摘要 目的:介绍目前实验室应用的几种抗真菌药物联用的体外药效评价方法。方法:通过查阅文献,综述各种方法的具体操作及优缺点。结果:多种方法可评价抗真菌药物联用的体外药效,如棋盘法、时间-杀菌曲线法、E-test法、双纸片扩散法等。结论:用于评价抗真菌药联用效果的各方法均有其优点及不足之处,且有良好的一致性,目前实验室中最为普遍应用的方法是棋盘法。 Objective: To present a review of methods commonly applied to assess the pharmacodyna- mics in vitro of the combination therapy of antifungal drugs. Methods: To introduce the operation procedures, advantages and disadvantages of the methods via consulting references. Results: The effect of different antifungal drugs in combination can be determined using the checkerboard method, time-kill curve method, E- test and double disk diffusion method. Conclusions: The methods to evaluate the effect of antifungal drugs in combination have both advantages and disadvantages and have a good agreement with each other. The checkerboard method was most frequently used in laboratory at the time.
