摘要
对大双叶片式搅拌器及国内4种搪玻璃搅拌器进行了实验研究及流场数值模拟,考察了桨型、转速、物料对各种搅拌器搅拌功率和混合时间的影响。实验表明,综合考虑搅拌功率和混合时间,作者提出的大双叶片式搅拌器的混合效率最高。
Author has carried on experiment research and flow-field analysis to the large-two blade impeller and basic four kinds of glass-lined impellers in China, has investigated impeller type, rotational speed, materials ,etc. factors to various kinds of influence of power consumption of mixing power and time. The experiment shows, considering mixing power and mixing time synthetically, the large-two-blade impeller that author put forward has the highest mixing efficiency.
