摘要
介绍了一种用于食品切削加工机械的新型直线电机驱动系统。该系统采用了永磁直线同步电机,在电机的设计中采用轴向分段式结构,解决了细长动子磁路设计上的困难。通过对电机初级结构和磁钢位置、形状的选择来削弱齿槽效应引起的直线驱动力波动,取得了较好的效果。该驱动系统结构简单、体积小,试验证明该系统运行平稳、力矩大、噪声小,可广泛应用于食品切削加工机械的驱动系统。
Introduced a new linear motor drive unit which used for food cutting machine. A permanent magnetism linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is used if this drive unit. When design the PMLSM used subsection structure technique to solve the difficult of the design of magnetic circuit. And decline the wave of the torque by alter the position and shape of the alnico. This drive unit has the advantages of simple structure, low noise and a little volume. In the experiments the drive unit runs steadily. This drive unit can be used in most food cutting machine.
