摘要
根据Fick第一定律以及中草药浸提机制,并结合超声空化作用、机械效应对萃取体系尤其是漩涡扩散的影响,本文研究了超声强化中草药有效成分提取过程的动力学方程,以提取丹参酮为例,讨论了时间、温度、不同超声功率与有效成分浸出量之间的关系,验证了本文试图建立的动力学模型。
Based on Fick's law of diffusion medicinal herb extraction mechanism, with the kinetic equation for ultrasonic-assisted extraction process, a dynamical model on herb extraction process was researched in this paper. Experiment for extracting tanshinone was studied. The relationships among processing time, temperature, and ultrasonic frequency with extraction capability were discussed respectively. It was proved that the dynamic model agreed with the experiment results well.
