摘要
为了更好地控制东山感冒片的质量,建立马来酸氯苯那敏的含量测定方法,采用HPLC法测定东山感冒片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量,用Diamonsil C18柱,乙晴-醋酸盐缓冲液(28∶72)为流动相;检测波长为262 nm。结果表明,马来酸氯苯那敏在5～100μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.9%。本方法简便、准确,可用于东山感冒片的质量控制。
To control the quality of Dongshan cold tablets better, establish the determination of chlorphenamine maleate. HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorphenamine maleate in Dongshan cold tablets on diamonsil C18 column with a mobile phase of acetontrile-acetate buffer（28 ： 72）; UV detection wavelength at 262 nm. Results showed that chlorphenamine maleate showed a good linearity at a rang of 5～ 100μg, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 96.6% and RSD was 1.9%. This method was simple and available for the quality control of Dongshan cold tablets.
