摘要
欢32CH是辽河油田部署实施的一口Φ139.7mm套管侧钻水平井,在水平段下钻时发生卡钻,因卡钻钻具内装的MW D无线随钻测量仪器,必须进行仪器打捞。经过事故解卡及打捞技术的综合处理,因遗留的落鱼上部钻具内径小于仪器MW D仪器扶正器外径,常规的钻具应用电缆软打捞MW D仪器无法实现。为此应用了水平井裸眼磨铣、硬杆打捞MW D仪器技术,并首次在国内油田小井眼水平中打捞获得成功,取得的经验可为今后小井眼侧钻水平井的事故处理提供一定的借鉴作用。
Well Huan32CH is a sidetrack horizontal well with a diameter of Φ139.7mm of Liaohe Oilfeld. In the course of drilling horizontal of the well, sticking occurred. Since an MWD instrument (wireless measurement while drilling )was installed inside the sticking drilling tool, the MWD instrument must be fished out. At first,conventional measures were applied to the incident,but the operation failed. Then a nwe technology was applied to the treatment of the incident,that is ,grinding and milling horizontal length before fishing MWD instrument with shank fishing technolog', was used after considering that the fishing coudn't be realized with soft fishing instrument dut to the larger inside diameter of the fish top drilling tool than the outside diameter of MWD instrument centralizer. It is the frst time that fishing in a slim hole horizontal well was successfully accomplished in domestic. The successful exprience of the fishing opreation can he used for a reference to incident treatment for slim sidetrack horizontal wells in the future.
