摘要
阐述中外管理咨询企业的发展概况,运用SWOT分析法比较研究了国外管理咨询企业和本土管理咨询公司各自存在的优势、劣势、机会、威胁,以便能够清醒地认识当今国内外咨询企业之间的竞争与合作关系,提出促进我国管理咨询业发展的若干建议,主张重视人才培养,树立管理咨询意识,建立竞争合作模式和加大政府扶持力度。
A brief introduction to the development of international and native management consulting corporations is given.Researches on the strength,weakness, opportunity and threat of international and native management consulting corporations are performed by use of the SWOT analysis method in order to obtain a distinct recognition of the competition and cooperation between them.Finally,some suggestions for the development of management consulting in China are put forward: emphasizing the training of talents,establishing modern consulting consciousness and strengthening support from the government.
