摘要
几何形状相同的批量产品数量自动统计是实现生产自动化的重要课题之一.分析工程背景的需求,将CCD摄像头拍摄的产品图像进行灰度变换和二值化后,可以得到数据压缩后的产品预处理图像.根据产品几何形状相同的特点,优化设计面积法统计目标像素并建立有效的算法模型,自动计算出批量产品的数量,实现实时计数.从而改善劳动环境、提高生产效率,进而拓展了数字图像处理技术在工业生产监测中的应用领域.
Automatic statistics of the batch products quantity is one of the most important subjects of automatic producing realization. Analysing the need of the engineering background, the compressed pretreatment product image which is got by turning the inputted, image from CCD into a gray-level and binary one can be achieved. According to the characteristics that the products are all the same in shape, the area method to statistic the target pixel is optimized designed, and the quantity of the batch product is automatically and real-time computed. Thus, the work environment and the efficiency are improved, and at the same time the technology, of digital image processing extends the applications in monitoring of the industry.
