摘要
采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定水中微量甲醛的含量。本法在414nm波长处有最大吸收,吸收值和甲醛含量之间有良好的相关关系,相关系数r为0.99999,用于样品检测的相对平均偏差小于2%,加标回收率在95%-105%之间。显色可稳定达1小时。用本法检测长效清(复方甲醛)应用过程中甲醛浓度的变化,发现甲醛含量始终在其最初浓度的±10%以内。
An Acetylacetone spectrophotometric method was used to determine the concentraition of micro formaldehyde in water. The maximum absorbance was at 414nm. The calibration curve was linear over the range 0.2 ̄3 μg/ml, the regression coefficient was 0.99999 ,the relative standard deviation was lower than 2%, the recovery was 100%± 5%. The absorbance value could keep stable in 1 hour . We used this method to detect the variation of concentration of micro fomaldehyde of Changxiaoqing dilution in use , and found that the concentration of micro formaldehyde was very stable, always within the original concentration ±10%.
