摘要
通过讨论WDB620材料及其焊接性及其产生裂纹的时机与特点,分析了蜗壳焊接裂纹产生的原因。结果表明,在一般条件下,可以不进行焊前预热,但是随着厚度及拘束力的增加,焊前预热温度不低于80℃。根据讨论的结果,提出了结论与预防措施。
On the basis of discussing the occasion and characteristics of welding crack occurrence of WDB620 steel, this paper analyzes the causes of welding cracks in scroll ease and the WDB620 steel and its weldability. The results showed that under the conditions of general constraint, preheating is not necessary, but with thickness and constraint increasing, the critical preheat temperature is respectively heighten 80℃, Then according to the results of discussions, some conclusions and suggestions are presented.
