摘要
为研制高速插秧机,研究证明了偏心齿轮行星系传动的3个重要性质,用解析方法建立了偏心齿轮行星系分插机构的运动学模型,对该机构进行了位移、速度和角速度分析,并求出了各结构参数变化而引起的分插机构秧爪的相对运动速度和绝对运动轨迹的变化,为采用偏心齿轮行星系分插机构的高速插秧机的设计提供了理论依据。
In order to develop a new type of high efficient rice transplanter, the three important characteristics of planetary eccentric gear mechanisms were proved, the kinematic model of transplanting mechanism of rice transplanter with planetary eccentric gears was set up by means of analytic method, and the effects of parameters of it on the relative motion velocity and absolute motion locus of seedling claw were analysed. The results provided theoretical basis for designing high efficient rice transplanter.
