碎裂电位——心房颤动消融治疗的新曙光?

摘要 肺静脉电隔离消融治疗心房颤动(简称房颤)的方法已经成熟,对阵发性房颤取得了较高的成功率,但对于持续性或永久性房颤的效果尚难以令人满意。近年来对于房颤碎裂电位的研究日趋得到重视。房颤碎裂电位有其独特的的表现形式、发生机制;研究其分析方法以及临床干预形式可能为房颤的消融治疗带来曙光。
