摘要
科技创新的组织模式包括科技创新资源的社会动员,科技创新资源的社会整合,科技创新资源的合理配置,科技创新资源的效率管理等环节。福建省科技创新组织管理中取得了一些成绩,但也存在一些问题,必须采取相应的措施予以优化。
The organization model of science and technology innovation includes the social mobilization, social integration, reasonable collocation and efficiency management of the resources of science and technology innovation. The organization management of science and technology innovation in Fujian has made some achievements, but some problems need to be resolved and must take corresponding measure to make it optimized.
