摘要
（１）对Ｐ．Ａ．Ｍｕｎｚ１９６７～１９６８年发表的关于亚洲翠雀属一文中的多数错误鉴定逐一加以改正；（２）从Ｍｕｎｚ鉴定错误的标本中发现了４新种和１新变种；（３）在发现了浅裂菟葵的具花标本之后，补充了该种花的描述；（４）在研究了ｈａｌｉｃｔｒｕｍｌａｘｕｍＵｌｂｒ．的等模式之后，认为该种不能成立，应是Ｔ．ｒｏｂｕｓｔｕｍＭａｘｉｍ．的异名；
While working in GH, MO, NY, and US on the genus Delphinium in the summer of 1996, I found out not a few misidentifications made by P. A. Munz (1967～1968) in his paper on the Asian species of the Delphinium.To my surprise, even some fruiting specimens of the genus Aconitum were determined by him as several species of the genus Delphinium. The misidentifications just mentioned have resulted in certain confusion to the taxonomy of the Chinese Delphinium and to the flora of Southwest China. For example, some specimens collected from Yunnan Province were determined by him as 8 species, i. e., Delphinium trichophorum Franch., D. glabricaule W. T. Wang, D. hirticaule Franch., D. wrightii Chen, D. muliense W. T. Wang, D. maximowiczii Franch., D. chefoense Franch., and D. pseudograndiflorum W. T. Wang, which are in fact not distributed in Yunnan Province. Thus, an erroneous new record of these 8 species was reported. In order to clarify the confusion all names misidentified by Munz under relevant correct names are enumerated, and the various diagnostic characters neglected by Munz for various specimens misidentified by him are given respectively; (2) From some specimens misidentified by Munz 4 new species and 1 new variety of the genus Delphinium are discovered and described; (3) During my visit to NY. some flowering specimens of Eranthis lobulata W. T. Wang were discovered for the first time, and on the basis of these specimens the floral description of that species is given; (4) After studying the isotype of Thalictrum laxum Ulbr, (1925), deposited in US, I realized that the leaflets ot that isotype are puberulous abaxially, and not ‘glaberrima’as described in the original Latin description. So, T. laxum Ulbr. is unable to be distinguished from T. robustum Maxim. (1890), and should be reduced to synonymy; A new species of the genus Clematis is described.
