不同环境条件对方斑东风螺幼螺生长、存活的影响 被引量:14

The Effect of Different Environmental Conditions on Growth and Survival of Young Babylonia aerolata

摘要 本文报道了壳高4.13mm的方斑东风螺幼螺,在不同密度、换水量、投饵率条件下的生长、存活情况。结果表明,在0.6-4.0万个/m^2的密度范围内,在小水泥池(0.9m×0.6m×0.6m),日换水量100-400%条件下,密度0.6万个/m^2试验组生长最快,28d平均体重增长24.4mg/d,体重日均增长率5.9%,存活率最高,28d平均存活率95.9%,且换水量达到100%以后,换水量的增大,对幼螺的生长和存活率的提高无明显促进作用。认为合适的条件是:密度0.6万粒/m^2或略大于0.6万粒/m^2,日换水量100-200%,日投饵率6-7%。 This article reported the experiment on the growth and survival of the young Babylonia aerolata ( mean body weight = 17.2mg, mean shell length =4. 13mm) in different density, rate of daily water exchange, daily feeding rate. The results showed that, when the density was 0. 6 × 104/m^2, B. aerolata grown quickly, the average body weight was 24. 4mg/d, the survival was highest, the average survival was 95.9% , under conditions of 0. 6 - 4. 0 × 10^4/m^2 density and 100 - 400% water exchange. However, when water exchange achieved 100%, growth and survival of B. aero/ata did not increase obviously. It indicated that the appropriate conditions were density 0. 6 × 10^4/m^2 or slightly higher, daily water exchange 100 - 200%, daily feeding rate 6 - 7%.
