摘要
用试管二倍稀释法测定了β-内酰胺环类抗生素及其与抑制剂联用时对临床分离鸡致病菌的抗菌活性,并进行了超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检测。结果表明:这三株分离菌对β-内酰胺类、氟喹诺酮类常用抗菌药物敏感性低,甚至耐药。但头孢氨苄/舒巴坦(2∶1)、阿莫西林/棒酸(2∶1)、头孢曲松/TB(4∶1)、头孢哌酮/TB(4∶1)配比联用时,可以恢复三株分离菌对β-内酰胺环类抗生素的敏感性。检测结果表明,有一株菌产ESBLs。
In this experiment, we tested the antibacterial activity of beta-lactam antibiotics and combination with inhibitors against the pathogenic bacterium from chickens by twofold dilution method: And, the extended-spectrum beta-lactamase is also detected. The result shows that the three pathogenic bacterium isolates are not sensitive to betalactam, normal-used antibiotics and fluoroquinolones, some even resist them. But if cefalexin/sulbactam (2:1 ), amoxicillin/clavulanic acid (4 : 1 ), ceftriaxone/TB ( 4 : 1 ), cefoperazone/TB ( 4 : 1 ) are used in combination, the sensitivity of bacteria to beta-Lactam is recovered; only one of the three pathogenic bacteria was found extended-spectrum beta-lactamase.
