大鼠视网膜组织缺血再灌注后内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽水平的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大鼠视网膜组织内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平的变化。方法建立结扎颈总动脉的大鼠视网膜组织缺血再灌注模型,用放射免疫法(RIA)检测再灌注后1、6、12、24、48、72h大鼠视网膜中ET,CGRP的含量。结果缺血再灌注后大鼠视网膜中ET,CGRP的水平发生明显改变,12、24、48h大鼠视网膜中ET含量分别为(123±28),(139±36)和(149±38)ng/L;24h和48h,CGRP含量分别为(193±32)和(221±40)ng/L。结论缺血再灌注后大鼠视网膜组织中ET和CGRP含量发生明显变化,ET和CGRP可能参与视网膜组织缺血再灌注病理生理过程,其含量变化可能与疾病的发展有关。 Objective To observe the changes of retina endothelin (ET) and calcitonin-gene related peptide (CGRP) in rat retina after retina isehemiareperfusion injury (RIRI). Methods RIRI was induced by transient blocking the left common carotid artery for 1 h and the reperfused.The levels of ET and CGRP were measured by radloimmnoassay 1, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72h after reperfusion. Results The levels of ET and CGRP were significantly higher in rat retina after RIRI 12,24,48h, the level of ET was (123±28) ng·L^-1, (139±36) ng·L^-1,(149± 38) ng·L^-1;RIRI 24 h and 48 h the level of CGRP was (193±32) ng·L^-1 and (221±40) ng2L^-1 respectively. Conclusions It is suggested that concentrations of plasma's ET and CGRP changed significantly in retina during rat's isehemia-reperfusion,ET and CGRP were possibly involved in pathogenesis of RIRI and their variations in concentrations were related with the development of RIRI.
