摘要
①目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中Caspase-3的表达及其与放疗敏感性的关系。②方法采用免疫组化方法检测52例放疗前鼻咽癌活检组织中Caspase-3的表达。③结果5年以上复发组Caspase-3表达高于3年以下复发组,差异有显著性。④结论Caspase-3在一定程度上是反映鼻咽癌放疗敏感性和预测鼻咽癌放疗效果的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Caspase -3 and the radiosensitivity in naso- pharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods the expression of Caspase - 3 in 52 biopsy specimens prior to the radiotherapy of NPC was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of Caspase - 3 in relapse group above 5 years was higher than that above 3 years and there was significant difference. Conclusion The expression of Caspase - 3 was important parameters reflecting the radiosensitivity and predicting the radiotherapeutic effect of NPC.
