摘要
本文用薏仁米为原料,小曲为糖化发酵剂,采用双边发酵和责状蒸馏设备,生产出38°蒸馏型低度保健酒.本研究改进了传统保健酒(加工酒)的生产方法.
The technique of making health liqour was described in this article by shelled Job's tearsrice as raw material. 38°distilled health hiquor was produced with small geast as saccharificalleaven and the technique of the bilateral fermentation and the rottle-like distiuation.
