摘要
利用高效液相色谱仪、原子吸收光谱仪及氨基酸自动分析仪等对不同生长时间杜仲叶中的绿原酸(chlorogennicacid)、无机元素、氨基酸、水溶性糖及蛋白质进行了含量测定,并用TOPSIS法对测定结果进行了综合评价。结果表明,9月份的叶子最好加工、泡制饮料时有效成分和氨基酸含量高。通过对杜仲叶结构的观察发现,叶片的厚度、角质层厚度随时间的推移不断增加,到8月份达到最大。
The contents of chlorogenic acid,inorganic elements,aminoacid,hydrosoluble carbohydrate and protein in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.Leaves in different stages of growth were determined respec tively with HPLC,atomic absorption spectroscopy,aminoacid auto analyser,and so on.And the results of determination were comprehensivery evaluted by means of TOPSISC Technique for Order Preference.The results showed that the leaves in September were the best.It was also discovered by observing the structure of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.leaves that as time went on the thickness of leaf blade and its cuticle increased gradually and reached the maximam in August,then remained stable.
