摘要
目的对近年来关于科技人员人格和创造力的研究结果进行总结,了解高创造力科技人员的人格特点。方法利用文献法整合国内外相关研究,对科技人员人格、创造力和人格与创造力关系的相关研究结果进行总结归纳。结果人格特征对科技人员创造力的产生和发展有直接的、重要的影响。结论高创造力的科技人员具有明显的人格特征,通过人格特征的分析将有助于高创造力科技人员的选拔与测评。
Objective To summarize the researches on relationship between the creativity and personality of scientists. Methods To utilize the documentary method in order to integrate the related information from both personality and creativity, as well as to synthesize and analyze the research result on the personality-ereativity relationship correlated to scientists＇ behaviors. Results Personality have a direct and significant effect on the creativity of scientists＇ behaviors. Conclusion Scientists with high creativity have some typical personalities, analysis of scientists＇ personality will be beneficial to single out and evaluate scientists.
