摘要
在CATIA V5三维软件的平台上,利用虚拟制造技术以轿车车身冲压过程为研究对象,以端拾器的自动装配设计技术和冲压线的运动仿真检验技术为核心,通过VB对CATIA V5二次开发的途径,达到端拾器快速设计和冲压线优化的目的,借此不仅仅满足了产品多样化的市场要求,而且缩短产品上市的时间和产品的制造成本。
In the platform of CATIA V5 3D-software, using virtual technology to stamping process of car' s manufacture for the study; taking the automatic assembly technology of the tooling and simulation technology as the core.; taking the second development through VB on CATIA V5 as the develop way. That means to achieve rapid the design of tooling and the purpose of optimizing of press line, take not only a variety of products to meet the market demand, but also shortens the product on the market, the product's manufacturing time and cost.
