摘要
给8只樱桃谷肉鸭静脉灌注β-肾上腺素能激动剂克伦特罗(clenbuterol简称CL),观察了肉鸭血清尿酸、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性在CL处理后的变化。试验鸭由翅静脉血瘘管灌注CL0.5mg,对照鸭灌注生理盐水。结果CL使肉鸭血清尿酸水平下降,FFA大幅度提高,灌注后5~48h,尿酸降低了35%~50%,FFA上升了35%~180%;此外,CL提高了血清GPT活性。说明β-肾上腺素能激动剂CL促进了肉鸭机体脂肪的分解。
Eight Cherry Valley ducks were used to investigate the acute effect of clenbuterol (CL) on uric acid and free fatty acid (FFA) concentrations as well as GPT activity in serum. CL dissolved in normal saline was infused into vein ulnaris profunda of ducks through a pre fixed cannula. Normal saline infusion served as control. The concentration of serum uric acid declined by 35% to 50% from 5 h to 48 h after CL infusion, while FFA level increased by 35% to 180% at the same period. An enhanced GPT activity was also found in CL treated ducks. The results suggested that CL enhanced the process of lipolysis and protein synthesis, and reduced protein degradation in ducks.
