摘要
培训课程的科学设置切实关系到警察培训的质量和效果。通过调查统计分析发现,不同类型培训在课程设置上既具有共性,又具有个性差异。在分警种培训的前提下,不同类型培训的课程设置应拓宽专业口径;要突出针对性和层次性;要体现职业化和前瞻化;要充分考虑教育目标、学习需要、各警种各岗位各层级的工作需要等相关因素;应在适当减少思想政治理论性课程,增加专业及专业相关性课程的同时,采取以“警务活动”为中心的课程体系。
Scientific system of courses plays an important part in the quality and effect of the policemen training. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that different types of policemen training not only embody common features in arrangement of courses, but also distinct ones. Different types of arrangement of courses should have a greater professional coverage, have a higher degree of direction, be more professional and ahead of time. And the arrangement of training courses should also satisfy the aim of education and the need of policemen of dif- ferent posts and layers. Besides, the number of courses on political theory should be reduced and the professional courses must be emphasized. In the mean time, the system of courses centering on police affairs must be adopted.
