摘要
现代物流经济作为一种新型的经济形式产生,核心思想是一种综合集成,总成本管理和客户至上的思想,集中体现其高效、快捷、节约成本的特点。新疆富含国家战略性资源,北疆铁路承担国家大宗物资运输,其沿线分布着新疆经济发展最好的城市密集区,培育物流经济作为新疆经济的新增长点有重大意义。然而如何根据区域的自然条件和社会经济发展潜力来优化组织本区域物流空间体系,建立符合现代技术条件、经济和时间效益目标的地域物流网络系统是现代物流发展的关键,本文对北疆铁路沿线的物流发展空间格局进行了定量和定性的分析研究,综合分析得出北疆铁路沿线城市形成的三大物流空间格局:乌鲁木齐都市圈的一级节点区域;奎(奎屯)-克(克拉玛依)-乌(乌苏)“金三角区域的二级物流节点区域和北铁沿线西部地段的伊犁、塔城、博乐等口岸区域的外向性物流节点,这三大物流节点构成了北疆铁路沿线物流发展的空间格局,代表着北疆铁路沿线现代物流空间格局的发展趋势。
The modern logistics economy is a new economic type under the economic globalization, which is a form of integrative economy and embodying the idea of the total-cost management and client-priority, efficiency, shortcut and economical cost. The modern logistics has been an integrated supply chain and enterprise actions overseas while it is just in a low developing level in China, although it plays an important role in national economy and society development. There are rich national strategic resources in Xinjiang province. The north Xinjiang railway takes on a large amount of national material transportation, so it is significant to foster and develop logistics economy. However, it is critical for modern logistics development how to organize the regional logistics system and set up the regional logistics net fitting for modem technique condition, economy and time benefit target based on nature condition and social economic develop potential. The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were used to research the city logistics spatial structure along railway in north Xinjiang and evaluate the logistics environment. The results show that( 1 )the first rating node region is Urumqi metropolis;(2)the " golden triangle region" including Kuitun, and Wusu is the second rating node; (3)the third is the international port logistic node. These three main nodes form the trend. What' s factors affecting logistics spatial structure of north Xinjiang railway region represents the regional modem logistics more, absence of logistics management, logistics mentality and logistics establishment is the main on the cities modem logistics along north Xinjiang Railway.
