摘要
以褐飞虱为研究对象,首次使用保幼激素类似物ZR-515和具有蜕皮激素活性的新型化合物RH-2485表面处理飞虱3龄或4龄若虫,来研究外源激素对飞虱翅型分化的影响。结果表明:ZR-515可诱导短翅型分化,当用1μg/μL的ZR-515处理3龄若虫时,短翅率达到60.48%;而用1μg/μL及100 ng/μL的ZR-515对4龄期若虫进行处理时,短翅率则分别达到59.09%和77.78%;同时发现ZR-515对褐飞虱翅型分化的作用也表现出性别的差异,形成的雄虫个体中短翅型明显增多,如用1μg/μL和100 ng/μL的ZR-515分别处理3龄若虫,形成的雄虫中短翅型个体分别达到98.74%和83.33%,若处理4龄若虫,雄虫短翅型个体也分别高达86.67%和94.44%,与对照组相比差异显著。RH-2485对翅型分化无明显影响。
The body surfaces of 3rd or 4th instar larvae of Nilaparvata lugens were treated by ZR-515 and RH-2485 to explore the effects of hormones on wing dimorphism of brown planthopper. The results showed the short wings were induced by ZR-515, the rate of brachypterous adult was 60.48% when the 3rd instar larvae were treated by 1 μg/μL ZR-515, the rate were 59.09% and 77.78% respectively when the 4th instar larvae were treated by 1μg/μL and 100 ng/μL ZR -515. It is much easier to induce short wings by ZR -515 in male insects than in female insects, the rate of brachypterous of male adults were 98.74% and 83.33% respectively when the 3rd instar larvae were treated by 1 μg/μL and 100 ng/μL ZR-515, the rate were 86. 67% and 94. 44% when the 4th instar larvae were treated in same dose of ZR-515. No effects on wing dimorphism of the planthoppers were found when the compound RH-2485 was used to treat the insects.
