摘要
从香菇菌丝体中提取的香菇多糖色素含量较高,实验采用活性炭对香菇多糖进行脱色,探讨了活性炭用量、吸附时间、pH值、脱色温度对脱色的影响,确定了脱色的最佳工艺。
The pigments of lentinan which extracted from the mycelium of lentinula edodes are higher in the content. The experiment used active carbon to decolor the lentinan and probed into the infection on the dosage of active carbon, adsorption time, pH value and decoloring temperature. The optimum technique of decoloring was gained.
