摘要
研究了香椿叶中总黄酮的半仿生提取最佳工艺条件。用正交试验法对香椿叶中总黄酮的半仿生法提取工艺进行了优选,以黄酮提取量为考察指标,考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比对总黄酮提取量的影响,得到的半仿生法提取的最佳工艺条件为:分别以pH2盐酸溶液和pH7.5、pH8.5的氯化氨-氨水的缓冲溶液作为提取液,料液比(香椿叶质量∶提取液体积)=1∶12,在80℃每次提取1h,提取3次;在此条件下,黄酮提取量为10.3417mg/g香椿叶。
A mothed, namely semi-bionic extraction, was used to extract total flavonoids from Toona sinensis(A. Juss.) Roem. Leaves. The optimum extraction process was optimized with orthogonal test. Experiments weremade by using L9(3^4)orthogonal design with extractive yield of total flavonoids as the index, investigating the influence of extracting temperature, extracting time and the ratio of solid to liquid. Optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows: temperature 80℃, time 1h, pH2 HCl solution, pH7.5 and pH8.5 NH4Cl-NH3·H2O buffer solution as extracting solvent, stock ratio 1:20 (g/mL, mass: volume), extracting for three times. The extractive yield of total flavonoids from Toona sinensis(A.Juss.) Roem. leaves is 10.3417mg/g at the optimum parameters.
