靖边气田含醇污水处理工艺优化 被引量:13

摘要 随着陕北靖边气田的不断开发,气井产水量逐年增加,在对气井加注甲醇过程中,气田含醇污水量增大、含醇浓度偏离设计值,同时气田污水具有很强的结垢、腐蚀倾向,影响了甲醇回收装置的稳定运行。为此,从优化含醇污水处理工艺的角度出发,通过采取对高产水井污水分排分储、预处理工艺及操作参数优化、甲醇回收装置参数优化运行试验等措施,减少了含醇污水产量,改善了预处理效果,提高了甲醇回收装置运行效率和产品甲醇质量,保证了目前的含醇污水处理能够满足气田发展的需要。 Along with the continual exploitation in the Jingbian Gasfield, situated in North Shaanxi province, water produced from gas wells has increased in great quantity year by year. During the process of filling methane into gas wells, the sewage water with methane is growing at a larger amount and its contained methane is increasing at a higher value than the designed one. Thus the routine work of methane-recycling units has been seriously influenced by the high-content methane sewage water, which is prone to result in scaling and corrosion. Therefore, in order to meliorate the treatment of sewage water with high-content methane, different countermeasures were taken in many ways such as diverging this sewage water into discharge and storage respectively, optimizing the parameters of processing and operation, and testing and operating the methane-recycling units under the optimized parameters and so on. These countermeasures were proved to be helpful for cutting down the amount of methane-contained sewage water, having betterment of the preprocessing purpose, enhancing the operation work of the methane-recycling units, and improving the quality of the methane product. All this improvement will surely help the treatment of high-methane sewage water meet with the requirement for the gasfield development at last.
