摘要
在对上海、深圳的八家高新技术企业高层访谈的基础上,归纳了高新技术企业的特点以及由这些特点所决定的对人才素质的基本要求。高新技术企业在选拔人才时既重视专业基础知识,更看重思想道德、创新能力和合作精神等综合素质。高新技术企业的骨干,一般都具有高度的责任心和对企业的忠诚,扎实的专业基础和进一步探究学习的兴趣,一定的动手能力和较强的创新精神,克服挫折的意志和较好的团队合作精神。目前高校毕业生与企业的要求还存在着差距,高校需要在人才培养理念、产学研合作、专业学位设置等方面进行改革。
Based on the interview with 8 high-tech enterprises' high level managers in Shanghai and Shenzhen, the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the basic requirements of the talent quality due to the characteristics have been summarized. High-tech enterprises emphasize not only the professional basic knowledge, but also the comprehensive quality featuring morality, innovative ability and cooperative spirit when they select talents. The core members of high-tech enterprises generally are highly responsible and faithful for their enterprises. They have not only well-knit professional groundwork, interests in further study, certain working ability and relatively strong innovative spirits, but also the volition of overcoming frustration and good team work spirit. Currently, there still lies the gap between the quality of university graduates and the requirements of the enterprises. Universities need to carry out reform in talent cultivation concepts, cooperation among industry, universities and research as well as specialty and degree setting.
