摘要
描述了注塑成型过程,当注塑机与模具确定之后,注塑工艺参数对成型制品几何尺寸和性能的影响,并从统计过程控制(SPC)的观点,对其相关关系进行判别,运用多元线性回归的方法对其关系进行量化,建立回归模型,并运用方差分析、残差分析对所建立的回归方程进行检验。通过定量分析注塑过程参数与成型制品质量之间的内在联系,分析注塑工艺参数对制品质量特性贡献的大小,实现注塑工艺参数的优化控制,从而达到对制品质量的可靠预测和控制,为注塑成型过程分析提出了一条新思路。
According to statistical process control ,it was discussed how the process parameters of injection molding affected the injected products quality in detail with the multiple regression analysis when the injection machine and the mold were confirmed. A regression equation was established to predict the thickness of injected products by using multiple linear regression method. And it checked the rationality of the regression equation with the analysis of variance and analysis of residual. In addition, the example illustrated how such a multipie regression analysis could be performed and a brief overview of the current stated with regard to parameters optimization of injection process was given. A new way for analysis of injection molding process was given.
