摘要
本文介绍一种光致变色聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)建筑玻璃,它能调节室内光线和温度,让人感觉更舒适。作者首先研制出一种光致变色PVB薄膜,即用一种光致变色复合材料制备光致变色PVB薄膜,并找出了光致变色建筑玻璃的最佳生产工艺,最后对薄膜的光致变色性能和其合片后的建筑玻璃的性能进行了研究。结果表明,薄膜和合片的性能都非常好,有广泛的实际应用价值。
In this paper, a new photochromic polyvinyl butyral(PVB) architecture glass was studied. This kind of glass could be used to adjust the indoor ray and temperature, and provide more comfortable indoor environment. Firstly, one kind of photochromic spirooxazine multiplex material was prepared to produce "the photochromic PVB film. And then, optimal producing technology was found out for photochromic PVB architectural glass. Finally, combined with UV-vis, the photochromic properties of film and muhifold properties of extruded films used in architectural glass were studied. The results indicated that the film properties were very good, and extensive application value could be expected.
