摘要
尿失禁是老年学和老年医学研究的主要问题之一，也是社会医学研究不容忽视的一个重要领域，它在老年人中的患病率高达30％左右，对老年人的身心健康危害极大。本文着重讨论老年人尿失禁与社会心理因素的关系，以及尿失禁的综合治疗原则。
Urinary incontinence is one of the key subjects in Gerontology and Geriatric studies, which is also an very important area which the social medical study can not ignore.The prevalence rate of UI among Elderly is about 30 percent. It is quite harmful to the Elderly's health. This article focused on the relationships between Elderly's UI and the SocialPsychological factors, and introduced the comprehensive principle for treating urinary incontinence.
