摘要
研究了培养液小苏打不同用量对钝顶螺旋藻生长速度、光合速率及生物量的影响。试验结果表明:在一个培养周期中,每升培养液小苏打的最低用量不能低于2.5g,否则将会显著降低螺旋藻的生长速度。
This paper deals with the effect of various amounts of NaHCO 3 in the cultural liquid on the growth speed, photosynthesis rate and biomass of spirulina platensis. The experimental results indicated that: within a cultural cycle, the minimum amount of NaHCO 3 in each litre of cultural liquid should not be less than 2.5g. Otherwise it would remarkably decrease the growth speed, photosynthesis rate and biomass of Spirulina platensis.
