摘要
高校文献借阅部是图书馆工作的重要窗口,构成了图书馆特定的人际环境,直接影响着图书馆的服务水平和工作质量。如何协调好其人际关系,构建和谐的工作氛围。本文结合多年的工作经验提出构建高校图书馆文献借阅部和谐人际关系的基本思路。
The circulating and reading departments of academic libraries is very important for the works of a library, which constitutes the special interpersonal environment in the library and affects the service level and working quality directly. How to be concordant with people and make up harmonious atmosphere of working.9 In this passage I will give you basic idea of constructing harmonious relationship in the circulating and reading departments of academic libraries through my working experience.
