摘要
区域的形成是对稀缺资源控制权空间划分的结果，其具有反经济学性。并衍生出区域协调发展问题。区域经济关系研究的核心是建立区域之间相互依赖或合作的制度安排或秩序。通过国家管理制度改革和制度安排，形成区域合作机制，促使资源要素的流动和合理配置，从而克服行政区划对资源配置效率的负面影响，推动政府职能的转变，才能有效推进区域之间的协调发展。
The formation of region is the result of partitioning the control right space of rare resources, which has nature of anti-economics, and lead to problem of regional harmonious development. The core of regional economic relationship research is to construct the system or order for mutual dependence and cooperation among different regions. Through the revolution of management system of a country, the district cooperation mechanism will be formed, and it will spur on the flow of resource elements and its rational allocation. So the negative effect on the resource distribution efficiency from administrative division will be overcome. It can drive the transformation of the government function, and the regional coordination development will be pushed forward effectively.
