摘要
现代汽车上大量使用转向信号危险报警复合式闪光器。本文根据分析研究认为闭合过程的燃弧是影响闪光器可靠性的重要因素之一,闭合弹跳对触点寿命的影响不小。通过对电磁系统和触点材料的优化可大大提高可靠性。探讨了稀贵金属在触点中的作用,合适含量,触点材料的选用;叙述了闪光器由分立元件向集成电路发展的过程,指出其发展趋势是多功能、防干扰、采用厚膜混合集成电路。
Most flashers used on current autombobiles are of comppsited type of direction turning and alerting signals. Through research, the author consider′s that the blast arc in the closing course is an important factor to the flasher′s reliability, and the closing spring action affects the contact′s life a lot. So improving the electromagnetic system and the contact material can greatly improve it′s reliability. This article probes into the effect and appropriate content of rare and precious metals of contacts as well as how to choose them. The author narrates the developing procedure of the flasher is from discrete components to integrated circuit and points out its developing trend is of the thick film mixed integrated circuit having multifunctions and anti interferences.
