摘要
伸缩式石油钻机井架由上下2部分嵌套组成,以往的仿真计算是将井架简化为一体结构,忽略了上下井架嵌套对井架受力的影响效果。利用ANSYS有限元软件的耦合功能,对伸缩式上下井架的嵌套进行了技术处理,完成了井架承载能力的仿真分析。利用耦合单元法,考虑上下井架的嵌套作用效果,其计算结果更真实,对今后井架承载能力的仿真计算有重要的指导意义。
The extendable derrick is mainly nested by the upper and lower parts, but during the past simulation, the derrick was always transformed into integral construction structure, so the effects caused by nesting on derrick strain were ignored. The technical process to the nesting through ANSYS coupling and the simulation on derrick bearing capacity are completed. By using coupling method and considering the effects caused by the nesting, the computational solution is more real. This method will play an important part in guiding the simulation on the derrick for the future.
