摘要
为满足某型飞机自动测试系统的需求,设计了一种CPIB总线的程控直流电源。采用PC104构成嵌入式微机系统,CPLD完成所有逻辑控制功能,并可同时采集、显示当前输出电压和电流值。为满足接口需要,还设计了通用的PC104-GPIB通讯卡,上位机可通过GPIB总线对该直流电源进行各种控制。本文阐述了该电源的硬件电路设计和底层驱动程序开发;为便于集成到自动测试系统,运用VISA库编写了上位机仪器驱动程序;最后指出了调试过程中需注意的问题。
To satisfy the requirement of some plane ATS, a kind of GPIB programmed control DC power is devised which takes PC104 as embedded micro computer system and uses CPLD to accomplish all the logical control function. And it can synchronously sample and display current output voltage and current. To meet the interface requirement, a general PC104-GPIB communication card is designed. In this way, the master computer may control the DC power by GPIB bus. Additionally, the hardware and driver are introduced in detail and instrument driver is programmed by VISA to make the DC power easily integrated into ATS. At last, the paper points out some problems need to be noted.
