摘要
本文介绍了一种非接触式无盲角磁阻角度传感器的研制。基于磁阻效应,当被测旋转物体轴向相连的永久磁铁平行于磁阻传感芯片作径向转动时,传感芯片会输出关于旋转角度α1的2路电压信号sin(2α1)和cos(2α1)。经反正切运算,可得旋转角度,其角度测量范围为0°~180°。结合双极性霍尔元件对磁场旋转区域进行判定,可扩大角度测量范围,实现无盲角测量。实验结果表明,利用该传感器与集成数据采集处理芯片ADuC842组成的角度测量系统的测量范围为0°~360°,精度可达到±0.8°。
A contactless magnetoresistive angle sensor without blind angle is introduced in this paper. Parallelize the perpetuity magnet and the magnetoresistive sense organ, based on the magnetoresistive effect, when the perpetuity magnet which is connected with the gig is circumvolving in the direction of radial, and the magnetoresistive sense organ will give two voltage signals about the circumvolving angle: the sin(2α1) and cos(2α1) . By the operation of the inverse tangent, the circumvolving angle can be educed, and the measure range is only O°~180°. In order to enlarge the measure range and realize the angle measure without blind angle, a hall sensor of two polarities is used to judge the clrcumvolving area. The measure result indicates that the measure range of the system using this sensor and the integrated data acquisition and processing chip ADuC842 is O°~360°, and its accuracy is ±O.8°.
