摘要 本文介绍了一种以硅胶为基质,修饰多功能氨基官能团的疏水相互作用色谱固定相。由于同时具有疏水和亲水配基,这种固定相在水相中的稳定性得到了改善。这种修饰还能改善蛋白/多肽分离的分辨率和柱效,同时延长色谱柱的使用寿命。 Results from a silica-based HIC stationary phase with multifunctional attachment of amide groups are presented. The proprietary surface chemistry of this phase was optimized by inclusion of hydrophobic and hydrophilic ligands that were designed to improve the hydrolytic stability of the silica support in aqueous media. These modifications resulted in high resolution and peak efficiencies of proteins/peptides, and provided a versatile column with satisfactory longevity.
