摘要
提出两种提高矩阵变换器电压传输比的有效方法:谐波注入法和过调制法。阐述这两种方法的基本原理,对比分析它们的不同特点,并通过仿真和物理样机试验验证了这两种方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明:这两种方法都能使电压传输比最大提高到1.0,同时输出电压中的谐波含量相应增大。比较两种方法所产生谐波的特点及其抑制对策和适用范围,对工程应用有一定的参考作用。
Two effective methods, namely the method of harmonic injection and overmodulation, to increase the voltage transfer ratio of matrix converter, are proposed. After the fundamental principles of these two methods are clarified, their different characteristics are analyzed. Then their feasibility and validity are tested by simulation and physical prototype experiment. The results indicate that these two methods can both increase maximally the ratio of voltage transfer to 1.0, though the harmonic in the output voltage increases correspondingly. The characteristics of the harmonic generated by these two methods are also compared and the strategies to suppress it are discussed. Inspiration may be provided for further engineering application.
