摘要
在普通连铸以及电磁连铸下制备了加入和不加细化剂Al-Ti-B的7050铝合金,研究了Al-Ti-B以及电磁场对合金晶粒细化的影响,结果显示加入0·2%的Al-Ti-B与磁场的引入均可有效的细化晶粒。此外,细化剂在磁场作用下依然可以发挥效用,在磁场与细化剂的共同作用下的晶粒细化效果比二者单独作用下的都要好,铸锭边部与中心晶粒尺寸分别达到70μm和53μm。
The 7050 aluminum alloy billets with and without refiner have been prepared by conventional continuous casting and by electromagnetic continuous casting.The effects of Al-Ti-B refiner and electromagnetic filed on grain refinement in the aluminum alloy billets have been described.It was found that the grain can be effectively refined by adding 0.2% Al-Ti-B master alloy and by electromagnetic field.Furthermore,the Al-Ti-B master alloy is still valid in the condition of electromagnetic filed,and the refinement effects of co-action of electromagnetic field and Al-Ti-B master alloy are superior to those of only electromagnetic field or only master alloy,in which the grain size of billets edge and center reach 70μm and 53 μm respectively.
