摘要
结合唐钢薄板坯连铸的生产实践,分析了结晶器热像图在预测和控制薄板坯纵裂纹中的应用,同时阐述了影响薄板坯纵裂纹产生的其它因素,包括保护渣、拉速和过热度等,并提出了相应的控制措施,使唐钢薄板坯纵裂纹的发生率大幅度下降。研究结果表明,合适且稳定的工艺及设备参数是消除薄板坯纵裂纹的基本条件;基于结晶器热像图所示的温度均匀程度,可以预测薄板坯纵裂纹的发生,而通过调整结晶器锥度可以改善传热的均匀性,从而实现薄板坯纵裂纹的有效控制。
Based on experience of thin slab casting at Tangshan Steel, the application of thermal imaging figure of mould to predicting and controlling longitudinal crack of thin slab was analyzed. Besides, the factors affecting longi tudinal cracking of thin slab were studied such as use of protecting slag, casting speed, degree of superheat, etc. And the corresponding control measures were put forward. The rate of longitudinal cracking of thin slab at Tangshan Steel was reduced largely. It was shown that making parameters of process and equipment appropriate and steady is the basic condition to reduce longitudinal cracks of thin slab. On the base of temperature uniformity displayed by thermal imaging figure of mould, the longitudinal cracking of thin slab can he predicted. Then, uniformity in heat transfer can he eliminated by changing mould taper. And, effective control of longitudinal cracking of thin slab can he realized.
