摘要
报道了一种声光调Q二极管泵浦Nd:YVO4晶体腔外四倍频266 nm紫外激光器。实验采用简单的直腔结构,分别利用KTP和BBO晶体产生532 nm倍频绿光、266 nm四倍频紫外激光,实现了从Nd:YVO4近红外激光到266 nm紫外激光的频率变换。在10.3 W泵浦功率下,获得平均输出功率59 mW、脉宽约8 ns,峰值功率370 W的266 nm紫外激光输出。
Demonstrate a diode - pumped all - solid Q - switched Nd:YVO4 laser that produced ultraviolet output at 266 nm by using BBO single pass fourth harmonic generation. In the experiment, simple straight cavity is adopted. KTP and BBO crystal are used for the second - harmonic generation and the fourth -harmonic generation differently. Harmonic switch is realized from 1 064 nm to 266 nm. At 10.3 W of incident pump power,we generate the average power of 59 mW,peak power of 370 W at 266 nm with the pulse width of 8 ns.
