摘要
通过对快速定位立式多轴多锯片精铣机空载噪声的测量及不确定度评估的系统分析,介绍了测量木工机床空载噪声的方法,阐述了立式多轴多锯片精铣机空载噪声各不确定度分量的来源、计算方法以及最终合成与表示。此方法具有较强的实用性和操作性,能满足对木工机床噪声测试不确定度评估的要求。
The paper measured no-load noise and calculated uncertainty based on quick positioning vertical multi-spindle multi-blade finish milling machine and introduced the measure method of noise on woodworking machines. It expounded the source of uncertainty component of noise on vertical multi-spindle multi-blade finish milling machine and the calculation method of uncertainty components and the uncertainty synthesis and representation. The method has the stronger applicability and operability and can need the requirement of uncertainty evaluation of noise measure on woodworking machines.
