摘要
中国应该通过能源技术的进步和创新消除能源对可持续发展的制约,能源技术的 R&D 储存非常重要。相比能源技术发达国家,中国能源技术的 R&D 储存十分落后,但是同时面临知识扩散和 R&D 外溢的机遇,应该正确选择战略方向、集中资金和人才开展 R&D,积极改善和利用国外 R&D 储存。战略方向包括节能技术、能源材料、重大装备制造和新能源。
Technological change and innovation are demanded to overcome restraints from energy source to Chinese sustainable development. R&D accumulation plays a key role in technological innovation and includes capital and experience accumulation and internal and external accumulation. China is rather backward in energy souwe technology R&D accumulation and may improve in two ways: one is putting superior fund and human resource into strategically key fields, the other is actively increasing external R&D accumulation. The fields include energy saving technology, energy source materials, giant equipment manufacture and new energy source.
