简介叶片制造业特点及实施PLM的意义,从实施PLM系统的必要性和可行性、PLM选型、实施规划、实施项目组织机构和工作模式等几个方面探讨了某叶片制造业的具体实施方案及其对该行业其他企业实施PLM的借鉴作用。
Based on the introduction of the blade enterprise and the significance of PLM, it studies the concrete PLM implementation methods for blade enterprises from the enterprise＇ need,PLM types,implementation programming,the organization structure, work mode and so on. And the reference for other enterprise＇s PLM implementation in blade industry was point out.
