摘要
本文阐述了档案工作和谐发展的重要意义、科学内涵,在深入研究的基础上提出了促进档案工作和谐发展的思路和增强档案部门服务能力的措施。
Basic functions of archives work＇s surrounding center and servicing overall situation concentratively embody in servicing harmonious society＇s construction which is a fundamental task at the present time. In order to realize this function, The State Archives Administration of China recently propose that we should take promoting archives work harmonious development as basic precondition of realizing service function. This article emphasizes significance and scientific meanings of archives work＇s harmonious development, On the basic of embedded research, Proposes ideas of advancing archives work＇s harmonious development and measures of enhancing archives departments＇ service ability.
