摘要
文章分析研究了西班牙教育部为各教育阶段提供的助学金、奖学金以及其他形式教育资助的发放、用途和管理，并提出建议以完善我国助学制度，发展教育事业。
This study analyzes the purposes and supervision of different types of stipends,including scholarship and other state subsidies offered by Spanish Ministry of Education to students of compulsory and non-compulsory for education. This paper also makes suggestions about improving scholarship system of China.
